About Breakeven

Every investor should know what a trade really costs.

Brokerage and levies come off twice, when you buy and when you sell, and most people never see what that does to their profit. Breakeven makes it visible.

It started with a simple question: at what price can I sell without losing money? The answer isn't the price you paid. Fees on the buy and on the sale push it higher, and on the Ghana Stock Exchange the fee rate even changes with the size of each order.

Breakeven works that price out for every holding, keeps it current as you trade, and tells you when the market gets there. We began with IC Securities on the GSE, and we're building so more brokers and markets can follow.

Exact, or nothing

Fees are worked out to the pesewa, the way your broker does. A statement that doesn't add up isn't imported at all.
