Short answer
Choose a level after fees, such as break-even or a 20% profit. Breakeven checks every market close and emails you once when the close reaches it.
Alerts watch your holdings for the levels you choose: break-even, a profit or loss as a percentage, or an amount in GHS. Every level is worked out after fees, by selling your whole holding at that price through the same fee rules as a real sale.
When you hear from us
We check every 15 minutes while the GSE is open (10:00 to 15:00), against the last trade, and again at the close. You get one email when the price reaches your level, with the price that level needs and the trade or close that reached it. If the stock later closes back past your level and reaches it again, you get another.
Confirm your email
Alerts are only emailed to a confirmed address. If you can't find the confirmation email, you can send a new one from the app, or write to support@breakeven.live.
A trade isn't the close
An alert during the day uses the last trade at that moment. The official close comes after 15:00 and can differ, so a level reached during the day can be lost by the close. The email always says which price it used.
